For small WordPress agencies

Know when a client's contact form quietly stops working.

A proposed daily check that loads each form, submits a clearly marked test message, and looks for the notification email — then keeps the evidence and sends you a monthly report.

View demo

Planned: three stages, reported separately

  1. 1. Page

The form page loads and the expected fields and submit button are present.

  2. 2. Submission

Synthetic values are entered and the form's response is read: success message or error.

  3. 3. Email

A marker in the test message is matched in an inbound mailbox. Unknown is shown as not verified, never as delivered.

Questions

Is this live?

No. This is a public prototype. The demo uses fictional sample businesses on .example domains and a controlled lab form on this site. No customer sites are monitored.

What counts as a compatible form?

The plan is to support standard WordPress contact forms that can accept a clearly marked synthetic test message without captcha or payment steps. Compatibility would be confirmed per form during onboarding.

Will it verify that every email arrives?

No. The intended check sends one marked test message per run to an inbound mailbox. That shows a single test arrived, not that every enquiry will be delivered. In this prototype email receipt is simulated.

Does it guarantee leads or uptime?

No. It is a once-a-day check, not continuous monitoring, and it cannot guarantee leads or deliverability.

Can I sign up?

You can sign in by email to save private monitor settings. Live monitoring and payments remain unavailable; the pilot is not open.
